Here's a screenshot: The system uses an i7 2600 processor, an Asus P8H77-M motherboard, an Nvidia GTX 660 Ti graphics card, a TP-LINK T8E AC1750 wireless card, and an Asus USB-BT400 Bluetooth dongle. I didn't install on an SSD, but that would work fine, you'd just need to. What You Need. An 8GB+ USB Drive. An existing Mac or Mackintosh - a VM works fine, but it needs to be Yosemite+ otherwise you'll need the classic version of Clover Configurator. Preparation First off, open up Disk Utility, and erase your USB stick, giving it the normal GUID partition layout, and one nice big Mac OS X (Journaled) filesystem. Call it 'USB', otherwise this gets awkward.
Next off, pop into the Mac App Store and download El Capitan. When the installer for it pops up, force quit it, you don't need that. Open up a terminal and type the following: sudo /Applications/Install OS X El Capitan.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia -volume /Volumes/USB -applicationpath /Applications/Install OS X El Capitan.app -nointeraction And wait for that to finish. Once it does, open up the pkg installer for Clover, tell it to install to your USB stick, and tick 'Install for UEFI booting only', 'Install Clover in the ESP', and 'OsxApitoFixDrv-64'. Nothing else. Let it install.
Once it has installed, it will automagically mount the EFI partition. Crack it open, and navigate to 'CLOVER/driver64UEFI' and drop 'HFSPlus.efi' in there. This makes Clover run faster. Next, go back and open up 'ACPI/patched' and drop in 'DSDT.aml'. Then go back up again. Open up 'kexts/10.11' and drop in 'FakeSMC.kext' from the HWSensors DMG.
Just that one kext. Now pop open Clover Configurator, and mostly everything should be set up already. All you need to do is go to 'Boot' and tick 'nvdisable=1' and 'dart=0', and then go to 'Kernel and Kext Patches' and tick 'Asus AICPUPM'. Save your changes, then unmount the 'EFI' drive.
Copy the downloaded files (Clover Configurator, HWSensors, DSDT, et al, for convenience!) to the 'Install Mac OS X El Capitan' drive, then unmount it and remove it. Installation Put the stick into a rear USB port on your P8H77-M computer (otherwise there can be a KP). Boot that baby, pressing F8 during the bios screen to show the boot menu. Select the UEFI version of your USB Stick's model name, and then press enter to boot from the USB installer when Clover opens. When the installer starts, you want to use Disk Utility to make sure your target disk/partition is ready. You can't use partition tables made by Windows for some reason, so always install Mac OS X on a different disk or install Mac OS X first. Run through the installer - it may take a while, or appear to stall.
Eventually it will reboot - make sure it boots from the USB installer again, and it will complete installation. At long last, it will complete the installation.
You'll want to boot from the USB, but then select your Mac OS X partition to boot from. Your WiFi and Bluetooth will work right out of the box, so you can connect the WiFi during the setup wizard. Don't, however, connect your Apple ID yet. I mean, if you're a rebel you can, but you'd really suck. Post Installation Yay, fun beans.
Fun and games. What do we start with? Ah yes, Clover. Pop into your installer USB and open up the Clover pkg installer. Tell it to install to the current partition, and select the same options as last time - 'Install for UEFI booting only', 'Install Clover in the ESP', and 'OsxApitoFixDrv-64'.
This time, though, tick the RC Scripts options too. They come in handy, apparently.
Once that's done, you're not done yet, unless you want infinite KPs and lots of crying. Open up the HWSensors dmg, and drag the HWSensors app into your applications.
Drag out Clover Configurator and Kext Utility, too, installing all of them. Now, open up Clover Configurator, and click on 'Mount EFI' in the sidebar.

Click Mount EFI partition and select the current one, the installed one. Then click 'Open EFI Partition'. Follow the exact same steps as before for copying the files, with the only difference being that you should copy all of the other kexts from HWSensors into the same folder as the 'FakeSMC' kext. Now, go back into Clover Configurator, and click the little 'Home' icon in the bottom of the sidebar.

Double click the 'EFI EFI CLOVER config.plist' item, taking care to double click the 'config.plist' part of the entry. Go to 'Boot' in the sidebar, and tick 'dart=0', 'nadadrv=1', 'kext-dev-mode=1' and 'rootless=0'. Make sure 'nvdisable=1' is no longer ticked. Change darkwake to 'darkwake=no'. Now go to 'Gui' and change 'Screen Resolution' to your primary screen resolution, to make the boot logo display correctly.
Then go to 'Kernel and Kext Patches' and tick 'Asus AICPUPM' again. Now for the iMessage fixes, after which you're able to log into iCloud. Go to 'SMBIOS' in the sidebar. Click the magic wand, and select 'iMac 12,2', and click both the 'Shake' buttons'. Click Ok, then open up a terminal and type 'uuidgen', copying the result into the 'SmUUID' box. Copy the 'Serial Number' into the 'Board Serial Number' box, and append 5 random letters and numbers.

Save your changes using the second button along in the sidebar - the one next to the home button. Open the pkg for the Nvidia drivers, and run through the installer. When it's done, reboot your computer using the button in the installer - all will work nicely, and you can take the USB drive out and boot as normal with Clover. Everything should work correctly. Aside from the audio. I won't post up the entire audio tutorial, since it's already, but I will say it's an ALC887 on this motherboard, so make sure you substitute that name whenever it asks! You'll need to go into Sound settings in preferences and select Internal Microphone and Internal Speaker, for some reason - unless I can find a way to fix that.
I used Layout 1, and I'm gonna see if Layout 2 fixes it. If you have any questions or troubles or sadnesseses, leave a comment or drop a message.
